To present a paper in RAiSE ’23, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL rate.
One FULL allows the author to upload up to two (2) papers on which he/she is an author or co-author.
The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed to raise@kmctcew.ac.in by 14 March 2023. An administrative fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for each refund.
